Refund & Replacement Policies

Spoilt Milk:

Our milk is fresh and free from any chemical preservatives and adulterants. The milk is stored in cooling chambers to maintain the optimum temperature levels required to keep the milk fresh before sending it out for delivery. If, due to any reason at our end, the cold chain is disturbed which has resulted in souring of the milk on the day of delivery, you can request a refund for the same. Refund will be initiated after collection of the sour milk bottles.

Please NOTE: If the milk delivered to you is spoilt / not suitable for consumption, you must inform us within 60 minutes receiving the milk delivery.

Replacement of the milk bottle on the same day will be subject to availability of the stock or else the charges for the spoilt milk will be waived off.

You will have to return the bottle of the spoilt/sour milk to our delivery executive during replacement to be eligible for this trade/waive off.

Erroneous Delivery

A delivery will be considered erroneous at our end if you have informed us about your preferences in advance. If you receive a delivery despite this, you are eligible for a refund.
Refusing delivery without prior information does not qualify for refund. The following are the only acceptable ways of prior intimation

1. Call our customer care executive on 7678-000-111

2. Email us on care@aumrut.com

Please NOTE: Informing the delivery boy is NOT acceptable as a formal intimation of any change / revision in delivery frequency/preference. The customer care department is the only authorized channel for the said revision.

3. Bottle Accidental Breakage:

Accidents happen.
If the glass bottle is broken by you, we will replace the same for no extra cost only ONCE.
Each broken glass bottle post that will be charged at Rs.50/- per bottle.
We request you to rinse and return the glass bottles on every next scheduled delivery.

Your Privacy is our priority. Customer information will not be shared with any third party without prior consent. Every individual is entitled to enjoy the Right to Privacy and we assure you that our organization will use the information provided by customers – name, contact numbers, email ids, addresses etc. strictly for internal company purpose and not for sale. Your contact details are stored in our database and only used to contact you for official communication, if required. We at www.aumrut.com condemn unauthorized distribution/misuse/disclosure of any personal information of our customers. We adhere to strict privacy guidelines and use high security features to protect our customer information from potential breach/data theft threats. Any changes or updates in our Privacy Policy will be updated on our official website.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS
We at www.aumrut.com do not store any card/banking details entered by the customers. All the financial transactions performed on the website by credit card/debit card are processed via a secure server used by the third-party payment gateway.
